SIGNING UP FOR GIM Sports

TRIALS FOR FIRST-TIMERS

Trial classes are at a flat rate of $50 (except for Adult GIM and  but if you enjoyed your first class and decide to purchase a package with us, your first class will be pro-rated. Otherwise, you'll be simply paying a single class fee.

 

REGISTRATION FEE

There will be a one-time registration fee of $85 applicable to new members only. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable fee. We do not charge annual fee for renewal. Term fees for new sign ups will be prorated (e.g. $43.50 per class for 1 hour/week package).

 

TERM FEE

Term fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of the term.  Any purchase of session below 10 weeks will be regarded as ad hoc fee of $65/hour. GIM Sports follows its working calendar which means Public Holidays and School Holidays will be charged as per usual. Late payment fee of $50 will be charged after commencement of the new term and discounts (sibling, referral, etc.) will be FORFEITED.

 

AD HOC FEE

Any member signing up for the term for less than stated hours per term of the enrolled package will be charged the ad-hoc rate. Please do not hesitate to contact us on the fee for your child via phone (6468 1103), Whatsapp (8436 3686) or email (admin@gimsports.com).

REFUNDS

A pro-rated refund for the balance of the term will be granted, provided the claim is accompanied by a doctor's statement detailing valid medical reason and time period. For repatriation, a proof of permit cancellation will be required. There will be an administrative fee of $40 applied for all refunds.

 

MAKE-UP SESSIONS

There will be a maximum of 2 make up sessions per term (subject to availability). Public Holidays affecting the training session will be accorded 1 extra make up session. STRICTLY no carrying over of unused sessions to the following term or transfer unused sessions to another member/sibling.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAMS

If the existing member (gymnasts who are holding existing package with us) brings a family member or friend and he/she purchases a package through the member’s recommendation, the member will get a free session added to his/her package under GIM Sports’s referral program. The complimentary session cannot be used in its value to exchange for cash or used to offset packages. 

  

GIM SPORTS CLASS BOOKINGS

Class bookings can be made either online, by phone or email. If the gymnast is unable to attend the class for any reason, his/her booking should be canceled by phone, email or Whatsapp maximum 3 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Otherwise, the class will be deducted from his/her package accordingly. 

 

GIM SPORTS CLASS ETIQUETTE

All classes will start on time. If there is a no-show by a gymnast, his/her booked class can be given away to any other gymnast on the waiting list 5 minutes before the class starts. Please be appropriately dressed for training. The gym has a right to deny training to gymnasts with inappropriate attire, e.g denim shorts.

 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Stacking of discounts and promotions are not allowed at GIM Sports.
